Marlies, a Dutch citizen, residing in Switzerland since 1999, holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration is fluent in English, German, and Dutch, and is certified in agile methodologies and value-based systemic and business coaching.

Evangelos held management roles in the USA and Canada with Procter & Gamble, Stelco, Bell Canada, and Northern Telecom, and was a consultant for Xerox, CBS, and RCA. In Greece, he was a senior executive at Titan Cement Group and managing director at Infoplan S.A.

He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, an MSc in Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Post-MSc in Cybernetics from the University of Waterloo. In 1986, Evangelos founded PRIAMOS S.A., which became AIMS International Hellas, where he remains managing director, specializing in executive search. He is also a member of the AIMS Global Board Services Team.

Argyro has worked as a Psychologist for over twenty years, in different companies and organizations, in private practice counseling, and following that, for the last fifteen years as a Deputy General Manager at the Hellenic Center for Mental Health and Research (HCMHR).

In 2011, she joined the AIMS consulting team, being also a member of the BoD of the company. Academically she graduated as a Psychologist from the University Paris-7 Jussieu, France. Nina Kaloutsa is a Voice and Public Speaking expert, who holds a diploma and an MA in Opera from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory. In her over 25 years of coaching, she has imparted her knowledge and experience to business and community leaders, including senior executives, entrepreneurs and prominent public figures, in voice, public speaking, corporate group workshops, one-to-one coaching sessions and team building as well as open seminars.

She specializes in strategic legal advice for multinational enterprises, with a focus on business ethics and sustainability.

She holds a D.E.A. in Business and Economic Law from the Sorbonne (Paris II) and an L.L.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, is a certified DPO, and has training in internal auditing and corporate governance. Mikaella is currently Legal Director/DPO at XRYSSOS ODIGOS SA, a partner at KLF Law Offices, and a Board member of the Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation.

Christina is a certified Talent Acquisition expert with a background in strategic hiring for global organizations. She holds a Bachelor's in European and International Relations from the University of Piraeus and a Master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Leiden and The Clingendael Institute.

Christina Ntouka combines her experience in Business Development & Professional development Coaching.
