Inspired by our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, we created the inSymmetry International Peer-to-peer coaching Program to enhance senior executives' personal and professional growth.

Believing that people are an organization's greatest asset, our program matches diverse and compatible groups of peers to foster mutual learning, adaptability, and collaboration.

With our extensive experience in executive search, talent development, consulting, and coaching, we found that executive coaching works best in a group based on trust and respect among peers.

Being able to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing world, overcoming challenges, and embracing different perspectives are just some perks of personal growth for senior leaders.

Peer-to-peer coaching is a collaborative learning and development process where professionals with compatible and diverse backgrounds support each other's growth.

This innovative method relies on peers to provide feedback, share knowledge, and help each other overcome challenges.

The primary aim is to foster a culture of trust, continuous learning and improvement. Unlike traditional coaching, in Peer-to-peer coaching, participants coach each other in a reciprocal and collaborative process.

This means that both individuals take on the roles of coach and coachee, providing and receiving guidance, feedback, and support to achieve their goals.

Peer interactions have significant measurable positive effects, which have been documented in various studies and organizational assessments.
